Rule 119
Human Resource Development Committee

(1) To formulate and implement policies related to the development and management of human resources in the judiciary, there will be a human resource development committee in the court.
(2) The constitution of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) Judges of the Court designated by the Chief Justice – President (b) such other Judges of the Court as the Chief Justice may deem necessary. (c) Executive Director, National Judicial Foundation – Member (d) Chief Registrar -Member (e) Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs – Member (f) Secretary, Judicial Council -Member (g) Registrar – Member (h) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance -Member (j) Joint Secretary, Ministry of General Administration -Member (j) Joint Secretary, National Planning Commission -Member (k) Sub-Registrar of Courts designated by the Chief Registrar-Member-Secretary (3) The work, duties and rights of the committee under sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) Periodically reviewing and managing the manpower by analyzing the workload of courts and subordinate courts,
(B) To determine and implement policies related to the capacity development of the court and subordinate court personnel (c) Determining the necessary policy regarding the moral development of existing manpower in courts and subordinate courts.
